Booking Information
Coordinating a dance troupe appearance is made easy
for the paying customer. Certain funds are needed to
cover operational expenses, costume upkeep, and
communications. In addition, the following information is
requested from prospects and customers:

1. Day of the week for your event in planning.

2. Date and starting time of your event. Starting time for
the dance troupe, and duration of requested
performance (minimum is 30 minutes.)

3. Information about stage size, whether wooden dance
floor is available, and general context.

4. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for the
troupe to committ to a date/time. Please call us for
quotes. These vary according to distance from Aloha
Stadium, and the nature of the program.

5. We ask for drinking water for the dancers, and fully
validated parking on site. We arrive early to set up and
change into traditional costumes. A separate room,
private and shielded from view is necesssary for the
various dancers to be able to change costumes between
phases of a program.
